The objectives are unique to each client. During the needs analysis consultation, I will develop a programme specific to your needs and challenges. Then we will set the objectives together and confirm or make any changes during the first session of the programme.

The programme is divided into 3 pillars.
  • Build your business vocabulary. Tools/techniques to develop your vocabulary for specific situations/processes. For example Deviations/Risk Assessments/ meetings/inspections etc.
  • Improve your communication effectiveness. Depending on your challenges, this pillar could include audit preparation, speaking up in meetings, presentation skills or interview preparation. Focus on your clarity, pronunciation, intonation and stress.
  • Perfect your professional communication skills. Roleplay sessions. This is where everything comes together and you practice everything you have learned.

Intermediate level. If you have a good understanding of reading and writing but struggle with listening and speaking, this programme is right for you.

The tasks are unique to each client and will push you out of your comfort zone. Example tasks are recording audio files, interview preparation, making presentations, and examining your work to find and fix your own mistakes.
